There used to be a tool called dhcploc.exe from MS that I used. It would
tell you what DHCP servers responded to a query for an address.

Our Sonicwall performs our DHCP for us, but for whatever reason(s), a
few of our machines and printers are grabbing

the ip from some of our static devices. Scope appears setup correctly.
