The privacy implications of this are beyond anything we've yet seen.
If you though data breaches WRT financial data were bad, just wait
until you see healthcare data smeared all across teh intarweb.

Worse, the datamining that everyone from insurers to banks to
government entities will be doing is, well, just unimaginable.

It's not that it couldn't be done without those problems, but I trust
the ideas and motives for implementation about as much as I trust
vicodin addicts in a hospital pharmacy.
