Although President Alex says VIPRE is the best, he also points out that 
the *s doing Spyware2009, etc, are changing it rapidly so as to evade.

They have a special support team which will work with infected users on an 
individual basis, and they are very good (I had to use them for something 
else a couple of years ago).
