In my opinion, your best bet is to get to know the people at your local training centers and base your decision on that. Global Knowledge might be great by you but awful by me, simply because of the caliber of trainers in our areas. This also allows you to find out who is best at which products. (Someone who could really help you with Server 2008 AD may not be the best choice for learning about SharePoint.) We use New Horizons and a couple of other local Microsoft training partners in Tulsa, but GK doesn't have an office here, so they aren't a real option for us. Every training center has its own strengths and weaknesses. TVK
