UltraVNC SingleClick. We've played with it in our environment but don't
have a need for it. I just found this tutorial:

  Remote Desktop Connection/Request Assistance.  It's free, and
built-in to Windows so you don't need to worry about install or
uninstall.  Supposedly, it can even traverse NAT if you use MSN
Messenger, tho I've never tried that.
