I wouldn't necessarily say things are "fixed" in MOSS vs WSS 3. Enhanced definitely. Additional functionally, yes.

I thought I was correct. I am waiting on the version 4 for WSS to come out to see if it is worth the pain of setting it up and testing let alone getting it adopted. MOSS 2007 would have been worth the pain WSS 3.0 is not, at least for me it was not.
