Our few public folder calendars were migrated to SharePoint (not just
displayed there) and we used the cheap and dirty way.  Open up
SharePoint Calendar in Outlook, open public folder calendar in Outlook,
advanced find * on the public folder one, and copy all items.  Then
paste into the SharePoint one.

Our company employs a Public Folder calendar for all company events.  Is
it possible to export that, and import it into a calendar on the primary
MOSS site?  From what I've read, it doesn't appear that we can have the
MOSS site display the public folder calendar as its primary calendar.
