Kinda ironic, I always thought WD was cheap and not good quality. I too have had numerous issues with only Seagate and am dropping them.
So you haven't had an issue at all with WD's, I'll try them next. Overall, I think I have lost total faith in the brand, especially seeing as we tend to buy whatever is cheap at the time when we need something, and sometimes that happens to be WD, and they have been rock solid.
