Yea, thats my suspiscion too - although the management company swears
that it isnt.  This issue is in the process of being escalated, and
I'd like to be able to come at them with as much information as
possible.

Its my understanding that they have a bad reputation of blowing things off.

The thing that confuses me though is how much faster the throughput is
when the D-Link switch is involved, over the direct connection.
