  The home page is obfuscated, using a JavaScript routine and a
character transform.  That sort of thing is very commonly used by
malware to dodge easy detection.  That might be it right there.

  I didn't bother decoding the obfuscation.  Whether it's actively
malicious or not, that's enough for me to stop looking and point a
finger at the web designer.  There's no good reason to do that.
