Hi Guys, I have to go site in the morning and have an issue to tackle straight away.
They all have Adobe Reader 8 and 9 (depending on how up to date they have been), and a few users have been experiencing the same issue. When they want to print the document, by doing a CTRL+P or a File/ Print, the actual print dialog can take up to 2 minutes to appear. Once its there all is OK, and works fine. It doesn't appear to matter if the document is large or small. All users are XP clients, all SP3. Two of our staff have looked at this briefly (its not a show stopper, just a pain in the backside). Anyone seen this and have any ideas. I thinking maybe a rogue network print driver or some such.
