I just throw important sites in an Outlook folder.  My bookmarks folder is 
usually empty, except for a very orderly, and full, toolbar folder with 
frequently accessed sites.

I just use Delicious with the Firefox add-in.  Web-based but you access them 
through your normal menus.  Seems similar to Foxmarks.
