Subject: pop/smtp mail program

What is a free/cheap pop/smtp program?

I set up Windows 2003 pop/smtp and it seems to be ok but I want some more
options.

My googling keeps coming up expensive or stupid.

What would anyone recommend to sit behind and ironport and just relay to
outlook express clients?
