Sorry Michael, I meant whether there was a way to do this in Ipswitch WUG rather than if there is a way to do this....full stop. Assessing replacements for N-Able here. WUG MSP edition seems ideal really bar the absence of any form of remote viewing, though I know that's not it's forte.
