Have you downloaded and installed the latest Proliant Support Pack (8.1 I think)? That's the one stop source for updating everything. Gen4 servers aren't that old though - I can't see why this wouldn't work. Do you have the same problem with 2003 on the same boxes? Have you called HP Proliant support?
