I DID have an opportunity to use support for BE last year. I thought they worked hard to resolve my problem with several follow up calls after the fact. Very satisfied overall.

We did an extensive research project last year looking at moving away from BE just because of the Symantec label. Looked at several different solutions and went so far as to get specific price quotes. The end result was that the cost of going to something new, with a learning curve vs staying with what we knew and what was working was too much to justify so we have stayed with BE. I can't recall the last time I had to contact tech support for BE, it's probably been 3-5 years ago, or longer. Any issues I've had, I've been able to find a knowledge base article that has resolved it, and even that has been limited to just needing to know how to do something specific, not a technical issue.
