Is anyone out there currently using Profiler from Tek-Tools? I'm in the process of rolling out this software. It's currently configured to monitor (2) EMC CX700, (8) McData 4700 Fiber Switches and approximately (30) Windows Hosts (with another 30+ host agents to be installed).
I'm still learning the interface and getting familiar with all of the features. I was looking for some ideas on how others configure "Host Groups" as it seems they can be created for several different purposes. Also, I'm looking for some feedback on the reporting aspect and which reports seem to be most useful. We have one day of on-site training yet to be scheduled. I was just hoping to get some feedback from those of you using the product.
