Yup just do it on one.

You'll need to be an enterprise admin to do it.

Would this just need to be performed on one DC and then replicate to the others?

Sounds like you have a ForestDnsZones NC defined in your forest but it isn’t
actually replicated anywhere. You can use ntdsutil to cleanup the orphan NC and
then use the DNS MMC (or dnscmd) to recreate it.

We have been receiving this error in the Directory Service, in Event Viewer,
for a couple of weeks and I haven’t been able to determine what would be
causing this. Any ideas would be appreciated.

We have three different sites, one of the sites hasn’t been added to the forest
yet. The DC’s at two of the sites can see each other and replicate any AD
changes.
