Before we open a case with PSS, thought I would throw it out here first. We have an OCS 2007 farm up and running. It has an archive server defined and functioning. Everything in the database is getting populated except the Media table. We've checked the permissions on the database to ensure something didn't get blocked. No errors anywhere that we can find.
Of course, the Media table is somewhat key (pun intended) to summary level utilization reports. Then 2 columns in the SessionDetails table are not getting populated - the User1MessageCount and User2MessageCount. The other fields are getting populated correctly for each record. My google showed one other person reporting the problem, but no resolution. I'm thinking it may be one of those simple things that we are missing because we are looking too hard (forest/tree thing), so I would hate to waste a PSS case on it.
