Odd question, but I seem to have those kinds of users.
XP SP3 - New machines I have a user, who has multiple programs open, as we all do, and uses her Task Bar at the bottom of the screen to change between them. If she clicks on the program that is currently active, that program then minimizes. Is there a way to turn that off, so the program doesn't minimize?
