Subject: Backup/restore of ESX using Citrix XenServer

Hi Folks,

We are starting to use an ESX AX4 unit. I'm using Citrix XenServer for
the virtual platform host. I'm looking for recommendations as to disaster
recovery and replication, aside from the usual backup licenses I'd need
for each host. The unit will host machines for file and print, SQL
systems, and various storage servers.

I've used Double-Take in the past for an active-active fail over scenario,
and that's one thing I'm considering for data replication to our off-site
offices where I'd have similar virtual machines configured. Our new
enterprise system will be housed on the SAN, so fail over and fall back
are pretty high on the list of necessary features.

Recommendations?

Thanks,
