Just don't try to use "Engineer" in any job title in Arizona unless you're a Registere P.E. (Professional Engineer) with the State of Arizona. My former employer, a PhD geophysicist named Zonge, had a company called "Zonge Engineering and Research Organization (acronym ZERO, and the geophysical data we gathered was Complex Resistivity, Greek ancronym Cee-Rho), and the state came after us. We had to have a P.E. on staff (we hired a local on a retainer basis just for the P.E. cert) or change the company name. CNEs and MCSEs went through the same thing a few years later. -- Angus Scott-Fleming GeoApps, Tucson, Arizona 1-520-290-5038 +-----------------------------------+ ~ Finally, powerful endpoint security that ISN'T a resource hog! ~ ~ <http://www.sunbeltsoftware.com/Business/VIPRE-Enterprise/> ~
