Yes...but make sure the new NS records have been created/transferred to
the new DNS servers.  It's also called a Domain Transfer.

I need to change the name server on my domain name from godaddy where I
registered it to the hosting servers. I did this previously with sites
registered with Network Solutions (several years ago) but this is a
first with godaddy and I am not sure where to go.
