I set up a site-to-site VPN between my office and my home using two retired workstations and couple of extra NICs. I use IPCop http://www.ipcop.org/ on the boxes, and they're also my routers. Probably half an hour to set up each IPCop box, maybe another half hour to get the VPNs connecting. Let me know off-list if you need consulting help or support. SMB shares over the VPN work as well as you would expect given the bandwidth. -- Angus Scott-Fleming GeoApps, Tucson, Arizona 1-520-290-5038 +-----------------------------------+ ~ Finally, powerful endpoint security that ISN'T a resource hog! ~ ~ <http://www.sunbeltsoftware.com/Business/VIPRE-Enterprise/> ~
