If they are like the Dell disks I have bought in the past if you buy one of theirs it comes with the carrier. Otherwise good luck I know that getting parts like that are harder and harder to get now a days. The vendors seem to be using their position of owner of the rights to make it hard to buy replacement parts with out buying theirs. FWIW I ended up buying a drive, then bought the cheapest Dell had to upgrade to the drive I wanted. I ended up with a small drive that will not get much use but hey I now have 2 working drives that I can swap out.
