If they are like the Dell disks I have bought in the past if you buy one of
theirs it comes with the carrier. Otherwise good luck I know that getting
parts like that are harder and harder to get now a days. The vendors seem
to be using their position of owner of the rights to make it hard to buy
replacement parts with out buying theirs. FWIW I ended up buying a drive,
then bought the cheapest Dell had to upgrade to the drive I wanted. I ended
up with a small drive that will not get much use but hey I now have 2
working drives that I can swap out.
