BUT, you should be able to add a Fax Mail Transport to their Outlook profiles (Which would call the drivers/devices installed via Ricoh's lan-fax drivers). I figured out how to get incoming faxes to go to an Exchange mailbox. The workstation software (LAN-Fax) that came with the device does not appear to integrate with Outlook address book(s). We would like users to have the ability to fax from their workstations. Does anyone have any recommendations for software where users would be able to fax a document from their workstation to this networked fax machine and use fax numbers that are already stored in their address book(s)?
