They have software that installs on each machine, not sure if you can do
it from Outlook itself with their software.

BUT, you should be able to add a Fax Mail Transport to their Outlook
profiles (Which would call the drivers/devices installed via Ricoh's
lan-fax drivers).

This may help:

But google around for more...

Subject: Ricoh MPC6000 Fax and Outlook

We just acquired a Ricoh MPC6000 that has a fax board on it. I figured
out how to get incoming faxes to go to an Exchange mailbox. The
workstation software (LAN-Fax) that came with the device does not appear
to integrate with Outlook address book(s). We would like users to have
the ability to fax from their workstations. Does anyone have any
recommendations for software where users would be able to fax a document
from their workstation to this networked fax machine and use fax numbers
that are already stored in their address book(s)?

Michael.
