Ya, it looks like I will need to upgrade. The web application I needed to
move is written in classic ASP and I was having issues with some of the
newer datatypes translating over to classic ADO. I think I found a
workaround. Just not something I wanted to deal with in an emergency
situation – recoding an app that has been running fine in its current
environment for 5 years.

Thanks everyone!

The SQL 2000 part may be difficult.
The OP may need to upgrade.

Take a look at www.vpsland.com. They have some inexpensive vps packages.
GoDaddy.com has some too.

Subject: Reputable Web Hosting

Hey everyone, I need to find a reputable web host.  I have some specific
requirements:

Must be Windows 2003
Must have SQL 2000

An included mailing and uploading COM component would be preferred, such as
the Persits components.

I have a lot of experience with MaximumASP and would prefer to use them but
they are pricey for this particular application.  Wondering if anyone out
there has recommendations. Thanks!
