All messages, or just some? What if that user logs on to a different computer and tries to print from Outlook? What if another user logs on to the same computer? Does the problem follow the user/mailbox or stay with the computer? (This assumes server-stored mailboxes like Exchange or IMAP.) Check the format of the messages -- HTML vs plain text vs RTF. Does the problem occur for all formats, or just one?
