Probably the variables are not being cleared at the beginning of the loop (e.g. foo = ""). I can look though

Ladies and Gents, I've got a script that was created by another Admin that suppose to pull information from AD about each user and then populate a CSV file with the information. When it's ran however, some of the information is getting duplicated to other user accounts and is producing eroneous data. Would someone be willing to look at the script off-list and assist me?
