I'm out of the office this week, so running on foggy recollections only, but
the behavior I remember is that the client will continue to get updates but
won't show up in the management console until it's been reinstalled after the
pc is renamed.

How long has it been since you renamed the PC's? I don't recall having to do
anything when renaming PC's at my site with OfficeScan...

Subject: Trend OfficeScan Client Rename

I recently had an issue which caused me to rename all the clients on my network
(poor naming convention by prior admin which caused a naming conflict). Now
none of my clients that have been renamed are showing up in my OfficeScan
console. Is there an easy way to get all the clients to show up, or will I
have to do and uninstall and reinstall to be able to manage them?

Thanks in advance.
