We use ZetaFax in house. Due to the nature of the information we deal
with every day, we needed to have something onsite. The hosting sites
store your fax on their servers... goes along with the whole cloud
computing. If you feel that you can trust that a hosting company will
keep your info secure than it might be a try to look into. Overall we
have been happy with ZetaFax and you can setup several boards within one
server. Once the server is installed you can push out clients to the
machines, as long as you have enough seats for each client, and then
setup groups for the clients. It's a pretty robust system when it comes
down to it.

Another option you can try, which would be in house, would be MultiTech
Faxfinder systems. We used this at one of our sites and it worked fine
for a small size. They eventually grew out of that system and migrated
them to ZetaFax. With MultiTech Faxfinder you just pay for the fax
server as there is no cost for the client.
