I forgot to tell you that ,actually the DNS and DHCP server is on local trusted 
domain and is releasing dhcp,wins,and dns local but everything works on the 
workstations belonging to the remote domain because I added other DNS as 
secondary zones

I'll have to try that again.  I could have sworn I tested that before and had 
issues making it an unusable slution...
