Okay; I saw this the other day.
Three machines wouldn't recognize kb or mice.
Try updating the vid card.
The machines I had worked fine until I started doing the windows updates.

I ended up rolling them back to a restore point before the updates.

I updated the video card and then reapplied the updates and viola!
