  I also tried about an hour later, and it worked.  Well, it let me

log in.  Apparently I have to call tech support and get a case number

before I can actually use MySupport.  I guess it's not really *my*

support.

 

  The fact that it worked an hour later doesn't make it right that it

didn't work an hour before.
