I have used DimDim's free service without problems. I did spend a couple of hours testing and getting things to work. It is worth the time. I made 3 accounts for my lab so that I had complete control of the systems, I could see how it could go south real quick without me being able to touch each machine. Once I had all three working it has been painless to help clients.
