For the non-profit pages youre looking at is that MS Open Charity? I do work for a non-profit and I got quoted $333 for Win 2008 Enterprise under Open Charity which you can just use downgrade rights to get to Win 2K3 R2 (and either Standard or Enterprise.)
Do they even sell open license Win2k3 anymore?
