Just my argument is that if people want to do there personal business it
should be on there own computers on there own time. But its always what
the business is willing to tolerate or regulate, and mileage varies from
business to business.

  Of course, that statement really applies to web browsing in general.
 There's tons of nasty stuff on the Internet.  Not all of it is at
well-known sites.
