FYI - If you approve the update, it will add the program to the users' start menu, and as such they will get the "a new program has been installed" bubble. PowerShell v2 will shiip included with Windows 7 and Windows 2008r2. It was announced at the MS POC last year that separate installs for previous versions of Windows for v2 will be q1 of next year.
