I'm pretty sure unless it was configured for remote access, which it probably wasn't, there is no way to do it without touching the machine first. As mentioned, something like Tiny is your easiest way to go. Don't suppose you have the SYSTEM.INI or PROTOCOL.INI documented for this system?
