There's always Sysprep and Ghost (or Ghost look-a-likes).

Running Standard server 2003 SP1. This is a DC, DHCP, DNS and VPN server. I've got a new Dell server coming that is marked to replace it. I could be hallucinating but is there a program/tool that will duplicate all server settings, configs, etc from the old to the new server. Thanks.
