In the UK it is listed on the HP top config tool with distribution. There seems to be a choice of device cals or user cals and up to 20 users. There is no pricing as yet and a 10 day build time, so I guess they add the pricing in after the order is placed. So you can specify an ml110 with 13 cals pre-built. It might be that the big disties will just order 100's of the minimum spec builds, but we'll have to see.
