Prior to Windows 3.1 or 3.11. :-) It was actually even more primitive than
Windows 3.1. :-)

Well, you guys have me beat: I didn't get a computer until I was in college.
I had a Commodore Colt PC  compatible (8086) with dual 5.25" floppies and
MCGA graphics: and I thought I was hot stuff. Until I won an IBM PC in a
drawing. This PC was one that had a whopping 25 MB hard drive and Windows
