Hello, all. We do not have our own mail server, so we're paying our ISP to host our corporate email on their server. I currently have fairly restrictive quotas for our employees because of this. We have a lot of sales people who have smart phones and I've noticed that they seem to leave a copy of sent messages on the server when they send from their phone. Is this the default setting on Blackberry and other smart phones? I found a FAQ on the internet regarding Blackberry phones and Exchange servers doing that, but since we are talking about a POP3/SMTP service I wasn't positive that applied.
