Do you have a site link with SMTP defined on it? Delete the site link and ensure the sites in it are in an IP site link instead.

For more information, see Help and Support Center at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp. I checked the replication using REPLMON and everything is replicating ok. I checked sites and Services and everything is set to use IP or RPC. The error seems to be saying "The site can use SMTP to replicate, but its not" I really would just to prefer to turn off SMTP replication. The error shows up 8 times every 10 minutes in my Directory Service logs. Anyone with any ideas whats going on here? As always - thanks.
