Still doing the sales engineer thing with Peak 10 but I've recently added some Sr. mgmt responsibilities with staff and its working out well. I really like it and its going to open tons of doors for me down the road. Con tact off list if you need an updated vCard...

Well, I ended up taking ownership of the profile folders, deleting the old, non-existent account from the Security tab, and putting me there with full control, and the delete buttons under the Profile list appeared for me.
