Let me guess, MS Excel?  Yeah, this is annoying.  
 
Solution:
Open a new 'instance' of Excel by clicking the actual program shortcut,
which will open a blank sheet.  This instance is not tied to the other,
therefore you can separate it from the others and move it to other
monitors.  You then have to File>Open to get the actual spreadsheet you
want.
 
And buy UltraMon for your Dual Monitor users.  My people here love it,
it's handy.

I have a user with a brand new dual monitor install.  She wants to have
spreadsheets open on the other monitor.  Is this possible and if it is
how/where do you set it up?
