I found that on my previously flawless, meticulously clean running home
PC:

1. There are now about 5 UAC confirmations that pop up for AutoRun apps
that I have (Weird, since I have UAC disabled) 2. When the PC comes out
of sleep, it takes about a minute for the keyboard and mouse to 'wake
up'. Kinda annoying.
3. Everything is a noticeable faster though.

Haven't looked into to any of those yet...

List of what's included:
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd335036.aspx

Found this one interesting:
SP2 removes the limit of 10 half open outbound TCP connections. By
default, SP2 has no limit on the number of half open outbound TCP
connections.
