I had a client last week tell me his contacts weren't syncing anymore.
Nothing appeared to change, I hadn't even run win updates on the server in a
couple months.  So I tried turning sync of contacts true/false and didn't
fix it. 

 

In the midst of this, last week one of my other clients broke his bes, I set
him back up and resynced. He then said hey a lot of contacts I put in on my
business trip last week aren't in here. They weren't in his Outlook either,
however ones from a couple of months ago are.

 

So basically I have 2 different sets of clients with BES 4.1 and none of
their contacts are syncing anymore .. 

 

I am going to check with a few other clients as well, but not too sure how
to troubleshoot it.  Im not sure if adding contacts will trigger events I
can monitor.
