Sorry can't help (perhaps call the manufacturer). On a similar note, I am finding that my 19" LCD panels at work are starting to fail too. I wish they had the lasting power of the tubes. I guess we will find the right technology at some point. Luckily the last four have been under warranty, but just barely.
