Yeah, I was fumbling around in Vista trying to find it, I still haven't gotten 
used to it and I only use it for testing our remote apps.

  Find the file (it's prolly in WINDOWS\System32\) and bring up
Properties from Windows Explorer.  The "Version" tab.

  You can check the version of Flash in general by going to the
following URL and looking in the "Version Information" box in the
upper right of the page main body.
